Tank Testing

Maitech offer a complete Integrity tank testing service of all Process Vessels, Silos and Cheese Vats, Etc.

The preferred method is the Fluorescent Liquid Penetrant Inspection. This test involves the coating of the internal surface with a Food Grade Dye Penetrant; this is then washed off and inspected by using an ultraviolet light to detect any defects.

All technicians are qualified to SNT-TC-1A level 2.
