Maitech Sales and Service is your complete service partner for Maintenance of all makes of plate heat exchangers including Alfa Laval, APV, GEA, Sondex, Schmidt and many more.
At our Service Centre in Waterford we have a purpose built Heat Exchanger Reconditioning Centre where each plate pack goes through the Maitech 5 Step Process.

• Initial Plate Login and Inspection.
• Gasket Removal and Plate Cleaning
• Dye Penetration Test.
• Gasket Preparation and Application.
• Quality Control.

Plate packs can be delivered directly to our Service Centre or our Service Crew can go to site dismantle the pack arrange transport to and from site and return to fit the serviced pack.
We also offer our customers a full on-site Service which includes

• Plate Pack Change Out.
• Plate Pack Re Gasketing.
• Plate and Gasket Inspection and Reporting.
• Emergency Call Out.

We carry a large range of Heat Exchanger Spares including.
Plates / Gaskets / Port Rings / Tension Bars / New Brazed Units / New Sanitary Shell and Tubes etc.
